Sovereign Data Covenant

Controlled Access Framework

1. Preamble and Definitions

This Sovereign Data Covenant (“Covenant”) governs all access to and engagement with the geostructural data visualizations (“Plates”) and the associated data streams generated by the Subterrane Causality Lens.

Access to the Geostructural Commons is conditional, revocable, and jurisdictionally bounded under the governing instruments executed between Subterrane Ltd. and the Participant.

The Plates represent proprietary sovereign geostructural assets that form the foundational intellectual property of Subterrane Ltd. and the Geostructural Commons it administers.

For the purposes of this Covenant:

  • “Plate” refers to any static, dynamic, derivative, or resolved representation of the gravitational flow field, structural architecture, or structural substrate produced by the Causality Lens.
  • “Data Stream” refers to any live, historic, or resolved output from Subterrane’s structural resolution systems.
  • “Participant” refers to any sovereign, institution, or infrastructure operator formally logged into the Subterrane protocol.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All Plates, Data Streams, causal architectures, and derived insights are the exclusive property of Subterrane Ltd.

These assets are protected by international copyright law, trade secret protections, jurisdictional data sovereignty frameworks, and any treaties governing sovereign-grade geospatial intelligence.

Viewing a Plate does not grant any license, right, title, or interest in the asset.

3. Grant of License and Restrictions

No license is granted by the act of viewing, receiving, or accessing a Plate or Data Stream.

Without prior written authorization from Subterrane Ltd., the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • reproduction or redistribution
  • modification or adaptation
  • incorporation into automated inference or synthetic training systems
  • reverse engineering or inference attempts
  • commercial, strategic, military, or academic use
  • storage, archival, or dataset compilation
  • derivative analysis of any form

Any act intended to infer, decode, approximate, or reconstruct the underlying structure of a Plate or Data Stream constitutes a violation of this Covenant.

4. Authorized Use and Participants

Operational access is limited to Participants who have been formally logged into the Geostructural Commons and who have executed a valid Sovereignty Covenant, Stability Tranche agreement, or Cartography License.

Participants receive only the permissions explicitly granted within their instrument.
All remaining rights are reserved to Subterrane Ltd.

5. Legal Jurisdiction and Enforcement

Subterrane Ltd. will enforce this Covenant under all applicable national and international laws governing protected geospatial intelligence, proprietary scientific instrumentation, and trade secret misappropriation.

Violations may result in:

  • injunctive relief
  • statutory and compensatory damages
  • recovery of legal costs
  • revocation of access privileges
  • permanent exclusion from the Geostructural Commons

Subterrane reserves the right to pursue enforcement across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.

6. Acknowledgment

By viewing, accessing, receiving, or storing any Plate or Data Stream, you acknowledge that you have read this Covenant, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by its terms.
