Subterrane Sovereign Data Covenant

1. Preamble & Definitions
This Sovereign Data Covenant (“Covenant”) governs all access, perception, and use of geostructural data visualizations (“Plates”) and associated data streams generated by the Subterrane Causality Lens. The Plates are proprietary, sovereign-grade data assets constituting the foundational intellectual property of Subterrane Ltd. and the Geostructural Commons it administers.
2. Ownership & Copyright
All Plates, including their underlying data, algorithms, and visual representations, are the exclusive property of Subterrane Ltd. and are protected under international intellectual property law, copyright regimes, and principles of jurisdictional data sovereignty. The simple act of viewing a Plate does not grant any right, license, or interest in the asset.
3. Grant of License & Restrictions
No license is granted implicitly. Any use of a Plate- including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, incorporation into machine learning models, or commercial application- is strictly prohibited without a prior, express written license agreement from Subterrane Ltd.
4. Authorized Use & Participants
Access to operational or derivative use of the Plates and the live data stream is restricted to Participants who have been formally logged into the Geostructural Commons and have executed a separate, binding Sovereignty Covenant or Cartography License.
5. Legal Jurisdiction & Enforcement
Subterrane Ltd. will enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law. Unauthorized use or disclosure may result in legal action for injunctive relief, damages, and legal costs under applicable national and international statutes governing protected geospatial intelligence, trade secrets, and proprietary analytical outputs.
6. Acknowledgment
By viewing, accessing, or receiving a Plate, you acknowledge that you have read this Covenant, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
