The Protocol
We allocate capital to three functions:
- The Infrastructure of Perception: Funding the deployment of the Causality Lens- the sovereign sensor network.
- The Sovereign Shields: Capitalizing the parametric utilities (e.g., EurAfrica Seismic Shield) that re-price continental risk.
- The Validation Assets: Executing high-fidelity commercial proofs, such as the definitive mapping of the planet’s final diamond corridors.
The Hierarchy of Participation
- Sovereigns: Access through the Sovereignty Covenant.
- Institutions: Allocation to the Stability Tranche and Resilience Warrant.
- Builders: Alignment via the Builder’s Certification.
This is not a partnership. It is integration into the architecture.
